What is a Pyrex Swap?

A Pyrex Swap is like a vendor fair. The “swap” refers to a dedicated time slot from 9:30–10:15 AM where on- ly vendors can trade items among themselves before the event opens to the public.

Why call it a swap if it’s mostly buying and selling?

The term “swap” honors Pyrex collector traditions—similar to how a flea market doesn’t sell fleas!

Can I buy if I’m not a vendor?

Absolutely! Public shopping begins at 10:15 AM, and we’re counting on enthusiastic buyers to make this event a success!

Why can’t non-vendors swap and sell?

There are significant costs to hosting the event, and vendor fees help cover these expenses. Allowing non-

vendors to sell or swap would discourage vendor participation and could jeopardize the event’s future. Addi- tionally, selling from boxes and wagons creates safety and liability concerns.

Can I become a vendor on the day of the event?

No, all vendor spots must be reserved in advance. Follow the Oklahoma Pyrex Swap Facebook page (@Oklahoma_Pyrex_Swap) for updates on available vendor spaces. The Briefcase can accommodate 20 ven- dor spots, with possible expansion.

Is there an entry fee?

No, this is a free event for attendees.

What will I find at the event?

In addition to a treasure trove of vintage Pyrex, expect to see vintage kitchenware from brands like Hazel At- las, Federal, McKee, Corningware, and Corelle, as well as charming collectibles that complement Pyrex

displays. Some vendors may also offer Pyrex-themed shirts, totes, and other custom creations.

What should I bring as a shopper?

Cash in small bills – While some vendors accept credit cards or digital payments (PayPal, Venmo), cash is preferred and can sometimes get you a better deal.
A small wagon or cart – Helpful if you plan to make multiple purchases.

Bee’s Knees Vintage is a family owned vintage and antique store at 408 W. Main Street in Henryetta Ok. Opened in September of 2022 by Cynthia and Nathan Simonds Bee’s Knees Vintage promotes itself as a offering “neato vintage from deco to disco. A honey hold for home décor, collectables, dishes, pottery gifts and unique finds.” The store is open Thursday-Saturday 10:30am-5pm.
