Shelly Dawn Been, a resident of Okmulgee passed away Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 in Okmulgee at the age of 53. She was born June 21st, 1971 in Okmulgee to Forrest Kelly and Janice (Lowry) Kelly.
She is preceded in death by her father, Forrest Kelly.
Shelly is survived by her husband Ronnie of the home;
Three children, Kayla Whitlock, Andrew Been and Hunter Been;
One grandchild, Eva Tyre;
Her mother, Janice Kelly;
A brother, Tony Powell & wife Mary;
Also by a host of friends and other relatives.

Donald Ray Qualls was reunited with his love and met Jesus on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, surrounded by family.
Don was born on October 24, 1934 in Idabel, Oklahoma to Millard and Ethel Qualls. He was the oldest of 3 boys. He attended Idabel schools for 12 years, while being a member of the Idabel Baseball Team and National Honor Society. He graduated in 1953. Don was then drafted into the U.S. Army from 1959-1961, where he served as a medic and was stationed in Germany.
Don then met the love of his life, Peggy Lambert and they were married on April 22, 1961. In 1969, they moved to Shawnee to raise their family. He was a loyal employee to Shawnee Soil and Conservation District for 35 years, retiring April 1, 1994.
Don was an avid hunter, fisherman, and archer. He won many awards through the years with Brush Creek Bow Hunters including, Best Average Archer every year from 1984-1988, Hunter of the Year in 1987, and the Big Buck Award in 1988. In May of 1997, he was awarded a certificate by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation that entered him into the “Cy Curtis Deer Trophy Club” for the Non-Typical 33 point Buck that he shot on October 27, 1996.
There was never a day that passed his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren didn’t feel the love he had for them.
Don is preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Peggy Ann Qualls, son Ricky Lynn Scott, his parents Millard and Ethel Qualls, and his son-in-law, David Combs.
He is survived by his daughters, Bevery Qualls of the home, Nancy Newton and husband Ronnie Newton of McLoud, and Karen Combs of the home; his grandchildren, Jessica Spain and husband James Spain of McLoud, Tabitha Montgomery and husband Jordan Montgomery of Shawnee, Phillip Searcy and wife Candance Searcy of Healdton, Bailey Phillips and husband Tajhler Philips of Stillwater, Alan Brewer of the home, Brayden Robbins and husband Slater Robbins of Shawnee, and Dedra Meeks and husband Dalton Meeks of Seminole; great-grandchildren, Addy Young and husband Seth Young, Parker Barnard, Lily, Claire, and Olen Steward, Carly Montgomery, Kash and Karoline Phillips, Axel, Aydan, Aariah, and Asher Searcy, Roman and Dempsey Robbins, and Myla and Willo Meeks; brothers, Jerry Qualls and wife Sharon Qualls and Kenneth Qualls and wife Pat Qualls and many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6th from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm at Walker Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 7th at 10:00 am with Bro. Mike Craig and Bro. Randy Moore officiating, also at Walker Funeral Home.

Helen Diana Fish-Moppin was born October 12, 1951 in Talihina, Oklahoma to John Brown Fish and Edna Mae (Scott) Fish. She passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at her home in Wetumka at the age of 72.
Helen was a longtime resident of Wetumka, Oklahoma and a 1969 graduate of Wetumka High School. She and Leo Moppin Sr. were married March 23, 1980. Helen retired after many years of employment as an administrator and CEO with Aquate, a contract company with the department of defense. She was a longtime member of the Salt Creek Baptist Church of Wetumka and enjoyed being outdoors. Helen loved fishing, camping and shopping. But most of all she loved watching her grandchildren play sports. Her grandchildren were everything to her and she loved them dearly.
Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Edna Fish; four brothers, Alex, Andrew, Maxey and Lonnie Fish and three sisters, Mary Jane Buckley, Winey Mae Davis and Kathryn Fish.
She is survived by her husband, Leo Moppin Sr. of Wetumka; two sons, Sampson Fish of Wetumka and Jeremy Fish and wife Robyn of Wetumka; two daughters, Winey Lucinda Moppin of Wetumka and Lenzie Alexis Moppin of Wetumka; stepchildren, Leo Moppin Jr. of Seminole, Lucretia Moppin of Seminole and Laura Moppin of Seminole; one brother, Rev. J.B. Fish and wife Carolyn of Wetumka; one sister, Virginia Whitetree of Wetumka; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, Brielle Harjochee and Koa Holatte Berry (plus two more on the way). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews including a special niece, Laverna Kionute of Seminole.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Buckley, Lyman Kionute, Riley Berry, Michael Fish, Marsey Scott, and Dalton Bert.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Adrian Harjo, Leo Moppin Jr., and Chris Yahola.
Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Wetumka, Oklahoma and officiated by Rev. J.B. Fish and Rev. Frank Moppin.

Dale Donovan Dutchy, beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on October 2, 2024, in Morris, Oklahoma, at the age of 74. Born on August 17, 1950, in Schurz, Nevada, Dale lived a life of service, hard work, and unwavering faith.
He attended Douglas High School in Gardnerville, Nevada, and later continued his education at Haskell Indian Junior College in 1973. His patriotic spirit led him to serve his country honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Dale’s faith journey was important to him, and in 1987, he was baptized at the First Indian Baptist Church in Norman, Oklahoma. His spiritual path later brought him to Sand Creek Baptist Church in Wetumka, where he was a dedicated member.
A licensed electrician, Dale took great pride in his work and was a longstanding Oklahoma Electric Worker’s Union member.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Thomas Dutchy and Caroline Senovia George, his brother Llewelyn Dutchy, and his sister Beverly Caldera.
He leaves behind three loving daughters—Dawna, Halona, and Sanya—along with seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two adopted great-grandchildren, six sisters, a brother, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing for Dale will be on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 4-6 PM at Integrity Funeral Service.
A wake service will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 6-8 PM at Integrity Chapel.
Graveside services with military honors will be held at Fort Gibson National Cemetery on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 2:30 PM, officiated by Rev. Leon Hawzipta, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Wil Givens, Anthony Dutchy, Alexis Dutchy, Raymond Payne, Jr., William Cuellar and Jacoby Dutchy Morgan.
Honorary pallbearers will be Curtis Dutchy and Riley Aylor.

Judge Duane Woodliff (retired), 82, a resident of Edmond, Oklahoma and formerly Henryetta, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 in Edmond, Oklahoma.
A Memorial Mass is scheduled for 11:00AM, November 9th, 2024 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 1004 W. Gentry, Henryetta, Oklahoma.
A reception will follow at the Reception Hall.
