Henryetta VFW Post 539 Hosts Annual Poppy Sale to Honor Veterans

Henryetta’s VFW Post 539 invites the community to show their support for veterans during its annual Poppy Sale, taking place on May 17th from 10 AM to 2 PM. Volunteers will be stationed at Wal-Mart and Homeland in Henryetta, offering poppies in honor of those who served and sacrificed.

The poppy has long symbolized remembrance and gratitude for fallen heroes, and all proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward supporting local veterans’ programs.
