Obituary for Raymond “Rooster” Padgett Jr

Raymond Dale Padgett Jr., a resident of Henryetta, passed from this life on April 11, 2026. Raymond “Rooster” Padgett Jr was born on April 4, 1982, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Raymond owned and operated Padgett Construction- Second Generation company.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Blaylock.

Raymond is survived by his children, Riley Padgett and fiancé Alexia of Shawnee, and Raylee and Blakely Padgett; his father, Raymond Padgett Sr. of Henryetta; his mother, Tammy Humphrey of Henryetta; and his siblings, Dillon Padgett and wife Patience, Morgan Padgett of Springfield, Missouri, and Jimmy Powders of Shawnee.

He is also survived by special individuals in his life, Nora Sweeney, Talon Sweeney, and Tatum Morris, as well as numerous other family members, friends, and loved ones who will cherish his memory.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Thursday, April 16 at the Henryetta First Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
